Description
IMHO just changing a project recipe and generating the according build job sometimes doesn't need the whole "author extraction" thing.
As an example this would speed up the development of recipes in relation to MORSE 50% because checking out MORSE (32MBit wire)
takes approximately 5 Minutes. This is 10 Minutes just for the Job creation and deploymenr. For me this is a blocker!
I am completely aware of the fact, that the author info is needed on a "release level", e.g., on the ci.toolkit server. For prototyping or development
this takes it too far (IMHO)...
Hoewever, it's a cool feature.

Several optimizations are planned including a persistent cache of analysis results. Since this is a bigger and more invasive change (and two RSB releases are scheduled), it won't probably land in master anytime soon.
